The Teen program is a physical program to teach mental skills in addition to enhancing the physical training. The curriculum has been formatted to improve and encourage them to become the finest role model for their generation, as well as the generations before and the generations to come. This curriculum engages them to foster their thoughts and dreams; entice and educate them to convey their thoughts effectively and make their dreams a reality. We strive to promote leadership skills, character development, and overall positive social values. For teens, the martial arts strengthens skills and broadens physical ability to reduce the chance of injury in other sports. We offer this class 3 times per week. See our schedule for days and times.
