Children’s group stresses a cardiovascular based program with kicking and punching routines can be done to music along with other individual fitness drills and skills which work on toning and developing young muscles. This is a fast paced class that builds hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Kicking & punching bags release frustration and stress and increase endurance.
